1) 有關預約課堂 :

monthly pass/package/首次試堂/單堂, 所有學員都需要透過網上系統預約課堂!

All class MUST BE booking online using our online booking system (MINDBODY SYSTEM)

– including monthly pass/package/single class/first trial

2) 有關取消預約 :

請於課堂前兩小時透過網上預約系統取消該課堂,否則需扣除該已預約之課堂 / 需要付該課堂費用。

未付款/Monthly Pass 請留意:

- 本中心有權收取該堂費用及要求下次要先付款

- Monthly Pass 如多於 3 次沒有自行取消課堂,本中心有權禁止該學員再次購買 monthly pass

 

希望大家能夠體諒,因為會影響到本中心預約運作安排及直接影響到老師嘅收入!

 

Cancellations need to be made at least 2 hours prior to the reserved class through our online booking system, otherwise, the class will be charged. We have the right to restrict member purchase monthly pass if this happened too much.

​3) 購買 MONTHLY PASS 的學員請留意 :

Monthly pass 的定義是「購買起第一堂計 30 天內任選課堂」,所以不會 因任何假期/老師請假/天雨關係 或任何原因而作出任何延期安排!

 

Students who purchase MONTHLY PASS please note that the definition of Monthly pass is " you can dance any class within 30 days of purchase and the 1st class", so no postponement arrangements will be made due to any holiday/teacher's leave/weather condition or ant reason!

4) 每堂最少人數為 4-6 人 (或根據老師要求人數), 如開課2小時前預約人數不足, 課堂將自動取消。

會員已預約之課堂亦不會被扣除。

 

Minimum 4-6 students per class (or depends on teacher's requested), class will be cancelled when not met the requirement two hours before. Class will not be deducted from package.

5) 閣下購買之課堂套票 不設退款 及 不能轉讓 及 不能共享。本會員工可要求閣下出示身份證以核對資料。

Class Packages and membership are non-refundable and non-transferable and non-shareable. We have the rights to demand proof of identity from any member entering our premises.
